What requirements are needed to join Working Parents Solutions & Arise partnership?

 

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Must have a quiet space to service in

  • Must have high-speed internet

  • Must have a dedicated phone line to service

  • Must have a dedicated computer/laptop with Windows 7 operating systems

  • Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week

 

How long is the Admissions process?

 

 

Admissions take one day, after completing your Arise profile you will request to join our IBO. Once your invite has been accepted, you will have the ability to open opportunities.

 

Will I be required to pay anything to start?

 

Yes, There is a refundable client certification (training) fees. Our partner Arise requires all home agents to pay the client training fee.  Our home agents are reimbursed for all client certification fees. Click here for details to qualify for the discount and to get Sign on Bonus!

 

How long is Client Training?

 

Client Training(Certification) varies ranging from 2-6 weeks. All certification is based on the open client opportunity and their needs.

 

Do I need to have any Work from Home Experience?

 

No experience is needed, we provide web-based training, continuous client coaching to ensure you are successful working from home.

 

Once I am servicing a client how will I receive my pay and how often will I be paid?

 

All Workingps Home Agents are paid through direct deposit twice a month, paid as independent contractors and given 1099 at the end of every tax year.

 

What if I do not have a Bank account?

 

No worries, we can provide you will a online bank with ATM Debit card to receive your payment.

 

What type of phone is needed to work from home?

 

You must have a dedicated phone line to service with no voicemail or call waiting. We prefer that your phone line connects from the wall jack to your headset in your home office. However, some of our clients allow VoIP (Voice over Internet Provider).
